Trainingsession 30th August - 5th September

Sunday - 70 mins steady. Was a friend's 30th so had a few too many drinks last night but felt pretty good on the run! (11 miles)

Monday - 50mins steady. Ran with Sam along the canal. (7.5 miles)

Tuesday - 5 x 1mile off 90 secs in about 4.55-5.00 then 8 x 200m in 31 ish. Felt pretty controlled for the mile reps but didn't think I could go much quicker! (11.5 miles)

Wednesday - 50 mins steady with Sam. (7.5 miles)

Thursday - 50mins steady with Sam again. (7.5 miles)

Friday - REST

Saturday - 40 mins easy and some strides. (5.5 miles)

50.5 miles. Feel pretty good on the runs and the race will be included in next week's training - report is up now!
