Trainingsession 30th May - 5th June
Sunday - 2 hours steady at 6.20 miling. Ran to Hyde park, did a lap and then abck. Felt ok. (19)
Monday - AM - 62 mins steady on a loop that isn't *too* hilly. Trying to avoid pure steep hills a bit! (9.5)
PM - 58 mins steady along canal from work at 6.11 miling. Felt heavy legged again but moving fairly quick. (9.5)
Tuesday - AM - 45 mins easy at 6.54 miling (6.5)
PM - 71 mins with 45 min tempo. Miles were 5.10-5.15 miling. Felt 'ok' but not great. (12.5)
Wednesday - 66 mins fairly easy at 6.29 miling. Ran into work along canal. (10)
Thursday - 66 mins with 4 x 3,2,1 off 1min. Paces were 5.05/4..58/4.48 miling roughly. Didn't feel amazing again. (11.5) Didn't do am run as slept through alarm!
Friday - 45 mins steady at 6.40 miling. Skipped pm run to try and freshen up. (7)
Saturday - 30 mins steady (4.5)
88.5 miles. Another average week. Still feeling quite heavy legged generally. Sorting a blood test to see if iron levels are ok....
