Trainingsession 5th - 11th June

Sunday - 80 mins at 6.35 miling - down the Heath, then Regents PArk, did a loop then back. Then had to move house! (12)

Monday - AM - 41 mins steady. Ran along canal to Regents PArk, did a loop then home. Now live in Kentish Town! (6.5)

             PM - Ran to my old house from work to clean! 50 mins at 6.28 miling and 148 bpm. (7.5)

Tuesday - AM - 36 mins easy round Regents PArk (5)

              PM - Track session. 1 mile tempo, 4 x 800m, 8 x 300m. 4.50, 2.17, 2.20, 2.17, 2.17, 47, 48, 49, 47, 49, 47, 49, 46. Hip was sore after this session, althoguh felt ok during. (9.5)

Wednesday - 81 min run into work at 6.40 miling and 144 bpm. Spre hip but was ok when I got going. Slight concern though. (12)

Thursday - AM - 44 mins easy round Regents Park at 7.00 miling and 133 bpm. (6.5)

              PM - 47 mins along canal with 25 min tempo at 5.18 miling. 154 bpm with 176 max at end of tempo. Hip sore again.... (8)

Friday - 41 mins easy round Regents Park at 6.30 miling and 142 bpm(6.5)

Saturday - REST. Hip was very sore after the run yesterday and could feel it just walking around so took a couple of days off.

73.5 miles. It seems when I start to build thinsg up, I get very sore and have to stop.... Blergh.
