Trainingsession 6th - 12th June
Sunday - Poole 10k. 31.07. See race report. Did 2.5 miles warm up/down (11)
Monday - AM - 50 mins steady. Tired legs. (7.5)
PM - 70mins steady at 6.17 miling. Felt heavy at start but a bit better as it went on. (11)
Tuesday - AM - 45 mins easy at 6.36 miling (7)
PM - 4 x 10 mins Kenyan hills off 90 secs. Found a 50 sec hill on Hampstead Heath and did a triangle loop. Hard work but legs seemed to feel better but hard to measure against anything (9.5)
Wednesday - 80 mins easy to steady with 60 mins of it with Nick at 6.45 miling. (11.5) Had to go to Drs to get antibiotics as infection is back...
Thursday - PM - 54 mins steady (8). A few easier days to let body fight infection. It's actually persisting more now.
Friday - 43 mins along canal (7)
Saturday - REST
72.5 miles. Damn infection is back and may explain heavy legged runs. It's definitely got worse in last few days too and is very uncomfortable again. The nuclear does of antibiotics I was on were not helping whatsoever so I was switched to ones I was on before. Really want it to just go away now....
