Trainingsession 7th - 13th August

 

Sunday - 95 mins brisk along canal. Pretty tired by the end of it. Sub 6 min miles for most part. 6.13 miling and 150 bopm (15.5)

Monday - AM - 50 misn steady at 6.36 miling and 147 bpm (7.5)
             
             PM - 42 mins steady but felt knackered. Probably long run in my legs as it felt hard towards end and not done enough of it. 6.32 miling and 143 bpm (6.5)
Tuesday - AM - 45 mins easy at 7.05 miling (6.5)
              
              PM - 16 x 400m at PArly Hill with Highgate group. Got some help with the session and was useful. (66, 67, 65, 65, 64, 65, 65, 65, 64, 64, 65, 65, 65, 65, 65, 62). Groin was very sore immediately after... (9.5)
Wednesday - 48 mins easy at 7.05 miling. Was in quite a lot of pain so cut run short. (7.5)
Thursday - 51 mins with 3 x 1.75 mile lap of Battersea PArk with Nick Torry and fraser. Didn't feel great or quite as easy as I normally do but was a good session (8.29, 8.36, 8.40). Groin felt really sore after and was in immediate pain... (8)
Fri-Sun. Rest as groin felt sore just to move around.
58 miles. Big pain again with groin and it's not getting better. Need some serious answers on this now - it's been 6 moths of running with pain and even thoguh it seems to have shifted from left side to right side for some random reason, its not getting better.
