Friday - 26 mins at 6.59miling and 134 bpm. another very easy run. These runs are more to just turn legs over rather than training. (4)

Saturday - 30 mins easy at 7.20 miling around the Heath. (4.5)

12.5 miles. Hardly counts as training!
