Monday - 63 mins steady round Hampstead Heath (got lost!) (9.5)
Tuesday - 41 mins steady (6)
Wednesday - 45 mins easy with Nick and planned world domination (6.5)
Thursday - 45 mins along canal from work (7)
Friday - 41 mins steady round Hampstead Heath (6)
Saturday - 52 mins in Oxford along river (8)
47 miles.Hamstrings were a little sore to begin with but soon settled down. Getting used to moving to Hampstead Heath and every run being hilly! Slows me down a bit too. Otherwise ok though.
