a.m. 10 miles easy

Wednesday

a.m. 10 miles steady + Drills/strides        

p.m. Circuits

Thursday

p.m. 6 miles easy

Friday

a.m. 12 miles steady + Drills/strides               

Saturday

Rest (travelling to France)

Sunday

a.m. 7 miles easy 1035m altitude

Drills i do are, high knees using arms, high knees and ankle lifts, goose step, boundes, leg snap and pull through, boundes. I think its imoprtant all athletes develop their own routine to what works best for them.

Strides will be fast but relaxed to hold form (not flat out) 6 x 50m approx
