Lewis Timmins

I First started running in primary school, before leaving it until I moved onto high school, where my teacher spotted I had a talent for running and advised I joined a local club. So, I went down to Gosforth Harriers, where I met Harry Gilroy who coached me from the age of 12 until I was 18, taking me to my first England vest at the Elgoibar meet in Spain and then the world juniors cross in Japan 2006. Then accepted the opportunity to move over to the USA where I moved to the University of Tulsa.
