EAP Bydgoszcz 800m

This was my first 800m of the year.  I had been to this meet last year & it was of a good standard & I was keen to go back.  It was no different this year & i finished 9th with 2.04.18.  I was a little disappointed with the time as i feel there is a bit more still there but as an opener i won't be to hard on myself.

The race went off quite fast, the leaders going through in 58 seconds but i hung back a little & went through in around 60 seconds.  There was a reasonable wind in your face in the first bend & the race slowed a bit, i went through 600m in about 92 seconds & held the same pace for the last 200m.

Looking back there are things that i hope to change slightly for my next race (Watford BMC) & hopefully i can reduce that time gradually.
