Run 60 minutes + 12 hills

 

Friday

Progressive run 60 minutes 

Easy run 30 minutes

Saturday

Warm up + 12x 300m recovery 100m

Easy run 30 minutes

Sunday

Easy run 80 minutes

 


This is my training plan for the week, but as of tonight, Sunday I can't walk with swelling in my knee, so I don't think I'll get much/any of it done this week.
