Monday  Easy 40 minutes + strength session

Easy 60 Minutes

 

Tuesday 30 minutes + Fartleck

Easy 60 minutes

 

Wednesday Easy 60 minutes

30 minutes + 5x1000m

 

Thursday Easy 40 minutes+ circuits

Easy 50 minutes

 

Friday Easy 60 minutes

Easy50 minutes

 

Saturday Easy40 minutes + Strength Session 

30 minutes + 6x400

 

Sunday Easy 90 minutes 

 

This is the first week, where I will do some hard running, the first 12 days of the trip was spent acclimatizing to the altitude, and heat.

The reason I'm staying for ten weeks, is so I don't have to rush training. Even this weke if I don't feel I'm ready to do as many session I'll just drop something.
