This is the first week, where I will do some hard running, the first 12 days of the trip was spent acclimatizing to the altitude, and heat.
The reason I'm staying for ten weeks, is so I don't have to rush training. Even this weke if I don't feel I'm ready to do as many session I'll just drop something.
