Friday Night I will race over 3000m in Glasgow, in the glasgow Milers Meet, the first of it's kind. To the best of my knowledge Matthew Gillespie will be pacing the race for a sub 8min attempt, and he will go to at least 1500m.
Hopefully with some good competition, and decent weather I can finally get under the 8 min mark.
