I wasn't feeling great Wednesday morning and so took the morning run off. When I finished work in the evening I wasn't any better. So I have had to scratch training from Wednesday on, with the exception of a very slow 30 min jog Saturday, which I wish I had not done now.

Hopefully be ok for next week, and back to full health soon.

Pace

Hey
Thanks for reading. Zac has me doing shorter reps all year round, not always fast but it's just to get the legs turning over.

400 can b anything from 58-64 depending on recovery. So something like 10*400 in 58-62 with 90 seconds recovery is a typical session. Nothing very fast, but never with a long recovery, and I do most session in a park, not on a track.

Easy run vary, so morning is about 4.30-4.45/km but easy evening runs can be 3.50-4.20km. I have tight/soar calves/achillies every morning so I'm restricted to what I can do early.

Cheers
Dan
