Trainingsession 17th - 27th November

As I wrote on Last weeks training program, I picked up a chest infection and missed from Wednesday onwards. I had to take a full week off and it was only this past Thursday I started to feel well enough to run again.

 

 

Thursday 17th

Easy run 60 minutes 

 

 

Friday 18th 

 

Easy run 60 minutes 

 

Saturday 19th 

Easy run 60 minutes 

Easy run 30 minutes

 

Sunday 20th 

 

Easy run 60 minutes + hills

Easy run 30 minute

 

Monday 21st 

Easy run 60 mins 

 

 

Tuesday 22nd

Warm up 30 mins + 1000, 800, 600, 400, 1000, 400

 

Easy run 30 mins 

Wednesday 23rd

Easy run 50 mins 

 

Easy run 40 mins 

Thursday 24th

Easy run 60 mins + 12 strides

 

Easy run 30 mins 

Friday 25th 

Warm-up 30 mins + 8x200m

 

 

Saturday 26th 

Easy run 30 mins 

 

 

Sunday 27th

Trial Race for European Cross Country Championships
