Trainingsession 18- 24 April
Iv'e never being warm weather training, in fact Iv'e never had a week where all I had to do was train so hopefully I'll get some decent training done over the next 7 days.
Monday
Easy run 60 minutes + 12 strides
Easy run 30 minutes if you haven't time take rest
Tuesday
Warm up 30 minutes + 6x1000
Easy run 60 minutes + 12 strides
Wednesday
Easy run 45 minutes + strength session
Easy run 60 minute + 12 strides
Thursday
Warm up 30 minutes +12x400 m ( 60+2)
Easy run 60 minutes +12 strides
Friday
Progressive run 60 minutes
Easy run 45 minutes (light strength session) + 10 x100m
Saturday
Warm up +20x200m recovery 30''
Progressive run 45 minutes (last 30 minutes 3'30 per km)
Sunday
Easy long run 90 minutes

I find they help me quite a lot when I´m tring to get some form back, weather it´s after some time off or injury.
Dan M Posted on April 18th, 2011I´ve got the full week here in Spain to train , and I don´t have to worry about anything else, I usually work 40+ hours/week, so not having any work to do will allow me to trian a little bit harder.

Why do you have 2 progressive runs the day after one another(Fri/Sat)? and one is after a session in the morning?
