Finally I have a week, where I can do some hard training again. With all the races it's difficult to really get lots of hard session done in the days before as the race is always in the back of your mind.
Really looking forward to the Progressive run on Wednesday as it's being ages since Iv'e had the pleasure of doing that run. It's my favourite type of session/run and I alos think it's the most beneficial workout I do.
