Tuesday

Easy run 60 minutes

Easy run 30 minutes

Wednesday

Warm up 30 minutes + 8x 200m

Easy run 30 minutes

Thursday

Easy run 30 minutes

 

Friday

Race

Easy 20 min

Saturday

Easy run 20 minutes

Race ( hopefully)

Sunday

Rest !!!
