Trainingsession 28th Nov - 11th December
After the Trials, I had to take most of the week off from the 28th November until the 2nd of December, with a re-occuring injury.
So far this week, training has gone better, and I continue to see my physio. Although I'm still in the process of rebuilding and getting healthy, I'll try to maintain my fitness by doing some easy running, until I can start to run faster pain free.
