Pace

Hi Guest, thanks for reading. This Sunday it will be a little slower than I would usually like, only because I'm racing the day before and I'm racing again next weekend so it will be done around 4.20/km so just under 7 min per mile.

If I wasn't racing tomorrow I'd prob try to keep it about 4min/km so just under 6 and a half minutes per mile.
