Hey

So with no race to look forward to next weekend, it's time to train hard, or so I hope. The following is the planned training for thw coming week. It may change depending on how my achilles is Monday morning.

Monday 

Easy run 60 minutes

Easy run 45 minutes

Tuesday

Warm up 30 minutes + 20x200

Easy run 45 minutes

Wednesday

Easy run 45 minutes + strength session

Easy run 45 minutes

Thursday

Warm up 30 minutes + 12x400 

Easy run 45 minutes

Friday

Easy run 45 minutes+ strength session

Easy run 45 minutes

Saturday

 Progressive run 60 minutes

Easy run 45 minutes

Sunday

Easy long run 90 minutes

Rest

Hill session on sat 5 mile,and Sunday is a 15 mile 4* the wide lap, i post it on fb every week about times so if your looking and the day suits just send me a message you might want to give us a bit of notice so we can rest up LOL

Hi jimmy, thanks for reading and posting. Cheers, sunday was good thanks. I used to do a run there every sat when at home, do he run there Saturday or Sunday morning. I may be able to get a run in if it's a Sunday after the Irish indoors on the 19. Cheers

Good stuff Dan well done on Sunday.Nothing for nothing that's a heavy schedule if ur ever around when your in Ireland we would love ya to join us on any of our Oakvale runs,I don't know if you have ever done much out there your welcome anytime,Mick too.I'll shortly be trying to hang onto David and Mary out there.Retirement beckons lol,enjoying the blog.
