Hopefull the 5000m race in Watford will see me be competitive at the business end of the field and also run sub 13.45 forthe first time.

Times

Sorry Forgot to answer the times. Monday was pretty easy so I did them in 2.58, 2.56, 2.54, 2.52. They were supposed to all be around 3minutes but I felt good so just ran to a comfortable pace.

Two weeks ago I switched a session of 8*300m for 3*(1000,400) with 2*200 at the end. It was supposed to be a bit harder so I hit the 1km in 2.41-2.43 and the 400 in 58-56.

Recovery

Thanks for reading. I usually take 200m jog recovery on the track or a similiar distance when doing them in the park.
