Sunday CC Race. Burgos, Spain

Wednesday morning I went for the scheduled run, but while in work I started to feel awful. Turns out I have a chest infection, and so the rest of the wekes training was cancelled.

 

Hopefully Nest week I'll be able to start back doing some sort of running. I'm very disapointed as I'm missing the Burgos XC race where I was going to meet up with some of the Kenyan athlets I'd become friends with over the past few months. It was also the last race I'll run before the trials for the European XC.
