Trainingsession 9 - 15 May

I just finished a busy weeks work, 6 shifts totling 48.5 hours so last weeks training took a hit big time, but with the serious business of running quick times fast approaching I will have to start putting training before anything else to get into shape soon.

This week will see me race again, this time over 3km in Dublin in the AAI games, with some good names already entered it should be a great chance to get a decent time on the board in the ealry part of the season. 

Monday 

Easy run 60 minutes

Easy run 30 minutes

 

Tuesday

Warm up 30 minutes + 8x400

 

 

Wednesday

Easy run 45 minutes +light strength session

Easy run 30 minutes

 

Thursday

Easy run 60 minutes + 12 strides

Easy run 30 minutes

 

Friday

Warm up 30 minutes + 8x200m

 

 

Saturday

Easy run 40 minutes + 8 strides

 

 

Sunday

3km race in Dublin
