Mon: Am easy 30 min run on the road easy pace about 7:10 pace per mile, felt ok bit tied

Pm: steady run on the road and grass avg pace was 5:40, felt ok still feeling tied just got it done.

Tues: Pm 1.hr 10  steady run on the grass avg pace was 5:35 still struggling feeling that I am working far too hard than I normally do for this kind of run.

Pm: Circuits 50 min

 

Wed: Am easy run on the road avg pace was 7 min mile pace, feel ok still feeling tied and not really myself

Pm: Session warm up and down,6min /5/4/3/2/1/and then 4x 30 secs quick 1min rec in between each rep. ,got through the session feeling ok chest and back tight and struggling ,maybe hay fever but not sure  have to keep an eye on.

 

Thursday: Pm steady run 1hr 10 min on the grass

Pm: out on racing bike 20 miles done at steady cadence.

 

Friday: 25 min easy run on the road .

Pm: Race 5mile road

 

Sat: Am 40 min run and turned back feeling crap chest tight etc 

 

Sun : Am 1hr 45 run done at a easy pace  avg per mile was 7 min on the road and grass

Pm: turbo trainer easy cadence to loosening the legs up .

Tough week with not feeling great and finding out have got a chest infection,at least i know now that why i was feeling crap, this week coming just easy running and hopfully be fit to race the BMC 10k on sat fingers crossed
