mileage

during the winter season i will get up to 90/100 per week and also depends on races that i am trying to peak for.

I think that it is important to get the balance of both mileage and intensity during the winter season

Maximum weekly mileage targets

Darren
Whats your maximum weekly mileage you are planning this season.
Do you plan to get up to 100?
Is mileage important in your eyes? or is intensity more useful.
Some coaches insist on mileage and more mileage!!!

Alrite Darren, 85miles for the week, is this a normal amount for you or do run higher milage throughout the winter?
