Pm 30 mins easy run
Fri Am 1hr 10 min steady on road and into the mountains
Pm 30 mins easy run on muiti terrain
Sat 1hr 10 min run steady on road , parkland
Pm 30 min on spinning bike
Sun Am 1hr 40 min run easy over muiti terrain
Pm spinning bike 30 mins easy to wake legs up after Sun run
Coach gave me 3 easy days of running and no sessions this week which has been nice to let the legs rec from previous weeks sessions , and the rest of the week was running from 6.45 pace to 6 min which felt good
