pace

Hi. Just interested about the paces of your longer runs which are at a steady pace - often around 5:30/mile. I am just interested as to whether this is really relaxed or just not pushing it on.

I could be very wrong but it seems like, even for some very good runners, 1h10 at 5:30 miling would be more like a tempo run pace, and would take quite an effort.
