Mon Pm 1hr 10 min run on road steady pace 5.30 or just under pace
Pm Spinning 45 min tempo session
Tues Am 30 min easy run
Pm 1hr run on the road steady pace
Wed Pm Session 8 x 1 km on road warm up and down total session 12 miles
Pm core work and light weights
Thurs Am 25 min easy run
Pm 1hr run steady on the road
Fri Pm 1hr run easy pace
Sat Am 25 mins easy
Pm Race Chiltern league x/c 1st place
Pm 45 min warm down
Sun 1hr 30 run easy
Pm Spinning 35 mins
Good week of training next week back to 3 sessions a week, just getting ready for the Euro trails in Liverpool on the 28th, by getting some good quality sessions in, I am in good shape judging by my last 4 races got better and better now in race shape.

Hi Ian 3 sessions a week is alot but i make sure that my runs after the sessions are very easy,but i now throw a day off every 10 days so i dont get injured/over tied coach has all sessions planned for Nov/Dec so soon as i have it i will put on my training blog, but i know one session will 3x10 min on multi terrian course with 1 min rec for each rep, thanks for your`e comment hope this helps a little
