Race Report 5k British league

Not much of a race report I am afraid

Went out for my normal pre race 30min easy to wake the legs up for the race ahead, normal route over parkland, within 15 min I had a new pet attached to my arm I think name is Mr Rotviler I didn’t get time to get his name, but he had time to chew on my arm I can only think that he thought I was a bone not hard to see why.

Anyway got bitten and scratched, had to go to hospital had 2 stitches in arm and a needle but some were quite tender, so had to miss the race which I hate doing ,feel like I let the team down sorry guys especially when points are up for grabs.

So have a race planned for next weekend 5 mile road race so put all my anger in to that and have a good run there
