Weekly Mileage: 64


Needed this easy week to piece myself back together after such a tough week last week.  It was certainly effective as I ran faster for 13.1 miles than  did for 4.5 in the previous weekends race.  Fly out to Vilamoura tomorrow morning for 12 days warm weather training.
