Mon - am 37mins easy pm - 55min hill run + circuits
Tue - am 38mins easy pm - Track -
Wed - am 95mins Steady + gym and Swimming
Thur - am 3miles, 2miles and 1mile tempo intervals can't remember exact times but I think it was 15 mins for 3miles, 9:56 for 2miles and 4:53 for 1mile. Did session on a good 1mile road loop around the posh houses in Calday. pm - 35mins easy
Fri - 30mins easy around Beacon Park
Sat - am 15mins shakeout pm Mansfield XC Relays - see race report
Sun - Puma Hell Runner - see race report
Mon - am 80mins easy + circuits
Tue - am 30mins pm - Track -
Wed - am 90mins gym + swimming + gym
Thurs - am 45mins easy pm 50mins progression run
Fri - pm 30mins easy
Sat - am 3x(10mins+5mins) Had to move session to road loop as tree had fallen in the woods which seems to leave my legs feeling more battered but surprisingly legs felt much better pm and managed 35 with Coach Evans pm
Sun - am 2hours towards Pex hill with Scott Overall pm Swimming - can't remember whole session but main set was 8x200m off 3mins.
Sorry my training update is not very detailed but having left it so long I have forgotten the details of individual runs and sessions. Something to do with having so much uni work to do and the new Football Manager being released! Still need to get hold of Dave to remember what my Tuesday sessions where as can't remember them. They where pretty standard 30mins worth of efforts though. I can't save or copy and paste this log so will just update it when I hear off him.
