Mon - am - 75 easy pm - core

Tue - am 35 easy pm - 4x7.5mins in the back park

Wed - 75mins steady + core + swimming

Thurs - am 45mins easy pm - 3x4x200m Ran session with Soph at race pace so just 29/30s for 2s. Soph did 3 sets of 3 so every 4th effort I ran on my own hard in 26, 26 and 25.

Fri - pm 25mins easy

Sat - am 15mins shakeout pm - Belfast BMC 1500m 6th 3:43

Sun - pm 90mins steady + swimming
