Trainingsession 2/08/10 - 8/08/10
Mon - am - 35 easy pm - 35 steady + core
Tue - am 35 easy pm - 6x300m 39,40,39,40,41,41 was suppose to be 8 but I felt so bad and 41s felt as though I was flat out chasing Harry round the track.
Wed - 50mins easy - still felt really bad and cut the run short. missed swimming and circuits just incase.
Thurs - am 45mins easy + drills + 4x30secs in the road
Fri - pm 30mins easy
Sat - am fly to Belgium pm - 1500m 3:42 see race report
Sun - pm 60mins easy
