Tue - am 35 easy pm -  2x600m (1:34, 1:34) 3x400m (60, 60, 61) 4x300m (44, 44, 45, 44) 6x200m (28, 28, 29, 28, 28, 29) Tried to keep session fairly relaxed with AAAs at the weekend.

Wed - 60mins steady + circuits + swimming

Thurs - am 30mins easy pm - 38mins easy + 100m,200m,300m,400m Strideouts (14,28,44,57) Joined in with Sophie and Jay Russell in their session

Fri - pm 35mins easy

Sat - am 15mins shakeout pm - AAAs 1500m H2 4th in 3:44 to get through to the final as slowest fastest loser if that makes sense?

Sun - am 15mins shakeout pm - AAAs 1500m Final 7th in 3.44.4
