Mon - am 45mins easy
Tue - am 35mins easy pm 30mins easy
Wed - am 75mins easy pm 30mins steady
Thurs - am 40mins steady pm 50mins steady
Fri - 3x10mins in Stadtmores where the county champs are being held next weekend. Felt really good in this session and I think a few easy days at the beginning of this week and the back end of last week has done me good. Each effort I got further, running 13 secs faster on my 2nd effort and another 8 secs faster on the final effort which is encouraging as sometimes I fade away a little by the final effort. Tough conditions under foot and should be a real challenge next week.
