Trainingsession 28/3/11 - 3/4/11

Mon - am 30mins pm circuits had planned to do another run but felt tired and got back from work late and still had to go up to the library to print off my work

Tue - 20mins easy pm 8x2mins in the Blackwoods - felt really flat and slow.  Felt like I had no change of pace and couldn'r run any faster

Wed - 70mins easy pm Waterpolo training - Surprisingly hard work out!

Thurs - 45mins easy pm 30mins easy - felt so bad today, had planned to 45s and strides but felt shocking on my 2nd run.

Fri - REST

Sat - am - 4x6mins with McCole in the Blackwoods.  Felt more like myself today and was hitting solid times around the woods.  6:00, 6:05, 5:57, 6:00.  Felt much better today than last weeks session although did have to stop on warm up because I felt dizzy.  Strange.  pm - 20mins easy

Sun - am 75mins with McCole pm Swimming (main set of 4x800m) - water temp was under 25 due to some crank poohing in the water during the day and not having time to heat the water up suitably due to a dodgy valve or something.  It was so cold hence why we kept on the move with 4x800m.  Public pools should normally be around 29.
