Tue - am 30 easy pm - Wirral Multi Terrain League - ran as a continuous run from home, 15 warm up 30mins steady/tempo 15 warm down
Wed - 85mins steady + circuits
Thurs - am 30mins easy pm - 60mins easy - feeling really tiered
Fri - REST
Sat - am 5x6mins tempo intervals in the woods.
Sun - am - Similar to Tuesday ran straight from Soph's to the start of the race, 35mins warm up 14:26 for 5k and warm down. pm - Swimming
