Trainingsession 16th -22nd of Jan
Mon- Day Off
Tues- am- 12 times 300m with 90sec recovery in Hinkle (average 43/44- last couple 42s). Staying relaxed and not wanting to put too much crap in my legs ahead of the race. pm- 6miles easy
wed- am- circuits and 8miles steady pm-weights
thurs- am- 6miles steady with 4*200m strides and drills
fri- am- 2mile shake-out, stretch and cold bath pm- Race 3km- 8.01 (see Gladstein Invite on Races)
Sat- am- circuits then 10miles at 6.40average pace in thick snow
Sun- 14miles in thick snow (weather has got shit the last couple days in Indiana) pm- 1hour massage, stretching and core
