Trainingsession 30th Jan- 4th Feb
Mon- 10miles + 6 times 80m strides
Tues- am- 7 * 400m with 3min recovery (upstairs in Hinkle) av. 57.low Legs a little heavy going into the session as I was too aggressive with my Sunday long run. Had plenty lactic in the legs on the last rep as the tight turns get to you. Happy with the session.
pm- Fly back to Edinburgh
Wed- Day off- Managed to sleep on the plane so not feeling too bad
Thurs- 10miles at 6.20 pace- feeling very refreshed after a good 14hour sleep pm- thera band work, core and stretching
Fri- am- 12 * 200m with 200m jog recovery (taking 2mins) av. 27.mid Long warm down. Feeling in control and happy jet lag hasn't affected me so far.
Sat- 10miles steady
Sun- 13miles steady in the snow
Very light week of training as I'm trying to be very fresh and sharp for next weekend. Both sessions were positive so no complaints this week.
