BMC Stretford Track Meeting

Phil Nicholls was back on the track Saturday night at Stretford racing in the 5,000m and came away with a time just over the 14minute mark (14minutes 3seconds). The results show it was a close encounter with the winner only 2 seconds ahead and training partner Mark Miles in second only 1 second in front.

Recent Guest runner Martin Williams was back in action after his Marathon success running 14.39 along with RunnersLife member Mark Pollard running 3.49 in the 1500m. For full results of the BMC meet go to the website British Milers Club
