This Sunday 31st Jan at 07:45 on Channel4 is another chance to see RunnersLife athlete Ben Moreau in the Alex Vero documentary 'Running To The Limits' it will then also be on 4OD (Channel 4 website) for a month. Very much worth a watch if you are able to watch it, if for nothing else but to follow some of Ben's training!
