RunnersLife 2010

Welcome to RunnersLife 2010! There have been some changes to site from 2009 which we believe are for the better and hope you will enjoy.

NEW Partners...First of all we would like to thank and welcome Saucony, Leppin and Distance.co.uk as partners of RunnersLife for 2010 as we evolve and expand for the better, we are proud to be associated with all three companies as respectable brands in the running community.

NEW.....Athletes

We are delighted to add Lily Partridge to the resident athletes at RunnersLife as one of the best Juniors in British athletics, recently winning the UK Junior XC Women Title to go to the European XC Championships in Dublin.

NEW.....Shop

Still under construction and close to completion we are very much looking forward to opening the first RunnersLife shop. We will keep you updated and you will be the first to know when it is ready!

NEW....Contributers

We will be following one of Britian's top distance runners, Phil Wicks, as he makes his 'competitive' debut Marathon at London in April. Phil Wicks broke the 63 minute barrier for the Half Marathon in 2009 and has represented Great Britain on the track, road and XCountry.

Ian Ladbrooke will be passing on all his experience in coaching top level athletes, organising races, representing both races and athletes and will be able to answer any questions you may have over the year as well as giving his honest opinon on all things running related.

NEW....Physio Room

Top physio, Jackie Zaslona will be writing articles on injurys, injury prevention, strengh work, new ideas/techniques in the Physiotherapy world as well as answering as many questions as she can throughout 2010.

As well as having new additions to the site we hope we have also improved existing parts of RunnersLife, there is more opportunity to leave feedback, easier to access videos, read more 'guest runners' and 'product reviews'. Nick Morgan will be writing more articles and all will be on the front page to see more easily.

We will of course be bringing you news along the way with more exciting additions including more race videos, more guest runners, you might even see RunnersLife sponsoring some races in 2010!

We look forward to growing again in 2010 and hope the old readers along with the new enjoy the new additions to RunnersLife!
