Saucony National X-Country
Saturday 27th is the Saucony National Cross Country in Leeds and will see a few RunnersLife athletes taking part in three different races. RunnersLife partner Saucony will be sponsoring the event and continue their support of cross country events in the UK.
U20 Men:- Nick Goolab, Last years winner will be defending his title and with his recent performance over BUCS 11k cross country Nick will be more than ready to try and reclaim this crown.
Junior Women:- Lily Partridge, having only just returned from a calf injury Lily will make a first outing of the year and will just be looking to get around without any reaction to the injury. "I wasn't sure whether to run or not but I am looking forward to it now, I have no idea how I will get on though" said the Aldershot, Farnham&District athlete.
Senior Men:- Darren Deed, lover of the mud and a specialist over the tougher courses Darren will be at the front end not only looking to place highly for himself but to help his team win yet another cross country team title.
