Ryan At Armagh 5k

Ryan McLeod made a late desision to race in this flat and fast 5k which is one of the best 5k race's in the UK. With a field including Nick McCormick, Jonny Mellor and joined by top athletes from Poland, Finland and USA it was always going to be a fast race.

It was won by Nick McCormick in 13.58 but Ryan was close behind running 14.15 and was happy enough having been ill and not really targeting the race.
