Speaight To Run in Bermuda & New York

Neil Speaight is heading back to Bermuda this month to defend his KMPG road mile title and then will kick off his Indoor season running the 'Mile' in New York at the New Balance Games a week later. Neil has suffered with niggles and hasnt prepared the way he might of liked but he is not in bad shape after running sub 30" for a city centre 10k in November.

Neil had a great indoor season last year reaching the European Indoor 1500m Final in Turin and running 3:38 only to suffer an injury to ruin the summer outdoor season.

Talking about running the 'Mile' in the world famous Armory Neil said "Last year it was my first indoor race of the season and I ran pretty well, but I just missed going sub 4 running 4.00.04.  I think this year will provide a bigger challenge and I have been told a really good field is lining up, so really looking forward to that".
