Timmins Wins 10k

RunnersLife columnist Lewis Timmins, who we follow through his time in the USA broke the 30minute barrier for the first time on the weekend, 7th February, not only winning but helping his team mate to also brake the 30minutes. Not really focusing and easing up for the race Lewis was happy with his performance saying "I felt strong, really strong and overall pleased with it, my aim was just to pull Edwin through to sub 30minutes and pleased to break it myself for the first time"
