                  pm: Sustained Run on treadmill- felt good. Forgot to wear a HR monitor.. Oops!

Thursday. am: 5mile
               pm: Longer Track Session. Went well felt really strong.

Friday. am: 5mile
          pm: 5mile

Saturday. am: Shorter track session. Get the legs moving. Felt good. Died a little bit towards the end, just tiredness from the week.
              pm: 5mile

Sunday. am: 7mile
