Trainingsession 14-2-2010
Monday: AM 5mile to work
PM 50minutes - felt really good + Gym work
Tuesday: AM 5mile - Quite tired, but otherwise good.
PM Long Track Session - Felt really good.
Wednesday: AM 5mile felt ok. Legs sore from session last night.
PM 50minutes felt ok, bit tired - Long day
Thursday: AM Run to work
PM 6mile (4mile hard in middle) HR. 175 - Was hard, felt tired
Friday: AM Run to work
PM 5mile on treadmill - felt tired, felt like I was running for ages
Saturday: AM Intervals on the watch around the ponds - Felt really tired, Just got the session done. However people were saying I was going well - I can't see how, I felt awful! + Warm up and Downs
PM 5mile down golf course weather was nice :)
Sunday: AM (VALENTINES DAYYYY!!!!) 10mile
