Trainingsession Building Up Slowly
Monday 4th AM: Light Jog (Leg felt better, little stiff)
PM: Gym session - Core and Upper Body Ciruits
Tuesday 5th AM: Light Jog (Calf was fine, no pain or stiffness, shin slightly sore from new impact)
Wednesday 6th AM: Light Jog in the snow (Calf was fine, a little stiff, very cold)
Thursday 7th AM: Light Jog in VERY deep snow (Calf was fine, a little stiff at first but eased off very quickly)
Friday 8th AM: Light Jog in VERY deep snow (Calf ok, shin a little sore, but eased off quickly. Ean quite quickly, felt good)
Saturday 9th Am: 45min Jog VERY DEEP SNOW, calf got a bit aggrevated, but seemed to ease later in the day :D Longest run
since Euros :D
Sunday 10th No run

Yes i'm cross training.... Motivation to do so isn't the same as it would be if I was running properly!!
Lily Partridge Posted on January 13th, 2010My dad is busy with his own construction business, but times are hard because noone wants work done at the moment. He does run, recently recovered from swine flu though so having trouble with breathing... and he does abit of coaching!
